We announced last October that The Christian Science Monitor would shift to a new multi-platform strategy in order to expand its reach as it begins its second century. We have now launched all the products in their new formats. We are grateful for a very positive initial response from our readers and subscribers.

It's only a month away from Annual Meeting 2009! The Christian Science Board of Directors looks forward to sharing updates about the Church and its activities as well as some thoughtful ideas about what it means to be of "one accord in one place" (Acts 2:1, 4). It is an opportunity to come together for a Pentecostal day.

The following is a press release announcing the Church's sale of 154-174 Massachusetts Avenue to Berklee College of Music. We wanted you to be aware of the sale which closed today, April 17, 2009 . Berklee has been a tenant in these buildings for many years, and we are grateful for the long-standing relationship we have enjoyed with the college.

The New England chapter of Active Single CS of America (ASCSA) has been dormant for the past year or so. It's time to revive it!

ASCSA held events in the New England area recently with some being national events and some local. From now on, when there is any ASCSA event in the New England vicinity, I will forward any information I receive about it to you, the only exception being the annual Camp Newfound ASCSA event in Maine.

Warren Berckmann is now on board at The Albert Baker Fund (ABF) in the newly-created position of Chief Executive Officer. In making the announcement, the Fund's Executive Board noted, "Warren's experience, sense of vision and his global perspective will serve us well as we move forward with an expanding outlook for our future."

A Christian Scientist in the UK has devised web-based software to assist Reading Room librarians throughout the world. An IT professional by trade, Trevor Marr began his development work on this project about 5 years ago.
